In accordance with the City Charter, the City Manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the City of Wayland. The City Manager shall be vested with all administrative powers of the City that are not inconsistent with the provisions of the City Charter. The City Manager shall perform the duties of the office under the authority of and be accountable to the Council.
